HUD Web-Based Instructional System for Environmental Review (WISER)
The HUD Web-Based Instructional System for Environmental Review (WISER) teaches users how to understand and address all aspects of the environmental review process required for all HUD-assisted projects. This set of self-paced online learning modules can be completed in any order. Topics include: Foundational Modules (understand the overall requirements for assessing the environmental impacts of any HUD-assisted project), Related Federal Laws and Authorities Modules (learn how to conduct particular components of an environmental review process), and Environmental Reviews for Housing Partners Modules (discover important environmental review concepts relevant to Office of Housing partners). You will need to first log into HUD Exchange at https://www.hudexchange.info/hudexchange-portal/ to access WISER trainings.
